I was referred to this app so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm also on My Fitness Pal (MFP) so here goes nothing. Friends would be nice. A little about me is.. My name is Yolanda and I weigh 153lbs. And my goal is to get down to 120lbs by summer 2013 and I'm really looking forward to it. What keeps me motivated is my old clothes. Silly huh? Well there pretty much new and I haven't wore then in years so I'd love to wear them. Oh and a bathing suit. I haven't gone swimming since the 5th grade and I'm a college student now so it's been a LONG while. Im just tired of my muffin top and fat thighs. I'd love to feel better about myself so this is why im doing this. For ME. I'm looking forward to achieving my goals. Oh and how exactly does this app work lol. I see people asking for work out buddies? Thanks !
