Are crunches really a waste of time?
I use to a lot of crunches. Please tell if that helps or not?
What Anthony said. Pretty much a waste of time...there are much better core exercises. My faves are hanging leg raises superset with mountain climbers. Swiss ball rollouts are awesome as well. Just got done in another topic mentioning how important it is to exercise your lower back as well, since it is also part of your core.
