i really dont wanna workout cuz im bored and i dont wanna move haha but ya ...and anyone got any ideas on what i can do?? that r appropriate

Try yoga and stretching. It still stimulates blood flow, makes you flexible and keeps you moving, even if very slowly and without much effort. On top of that, it will make your body feel good and will make you relax. Then, go to bed even if you are going to read or watch movies, forgive yourself for skipping your workout and promise you will do better tomorrow. Make sure you keep that promise!

Sometimes, you truly do need a break. It's okay, if it is an exception and not a rule.

Lay on the floor then start doing crunches.That will put your body in shock to workout.
