Try yoga and stretching. It still stimulates blood flow, makes you flexible and keeps you moving, even if very slowly and without much effort. On top of that, it will make your body feel good and will make you relax. Then, go to bed even if you are going to read or watch movies, forgive yourself for skipping your workout and promise you will do better tomorrow. Make sure you keep that promise!
Sometimes, you truly do need a break. It's okay, if it is an exception and not a rule.
