Is unsweet tea bad to drink

I really like unsweet tea, one of my favorite things to drink! Better for you than a soda anyway...

Sorry should have clarified is it healthy I've been trying to just drink water I like unsweet tea just wondering if it's ok to drink

It is really just a question of taste. If you like it, then it is good. 😌 My partner does, while I can't stand it. I use lots of sugar and lemon – milk has no business in tea as far as I'm concerned. Also, he drinks black espressos, I drink lattes with lots of sugar. On the other hand, he doesn't like hard liquor and I do! 😼

It doesn't taste bad enough to make you want to throw up, that's for sure!

Caffeine is different for everybody but tea is lower than coffee...

Besides that, Nah, depending on the tea, some believe its quite healthy!

Green tea has a good healthy reputation but personally I had to quit it after figuring out it was making my joints hurt..switched to white tea.

I drink my tea unsweetened, but with a splash of lemon juice.
