Drop pants sizes

Hi I'm 18 and I'm trying to drop a couple of pants sizes and tone up. What should I be eating and what workouts will work better?!?

Just eat clean. That means make it urself and cut out all the bad things. Fruits and veggies are great. Fat isn't necessarily an enemy; its really the empty calories found in processed food and sugary drinks that will ruin a weight loss plan. Keep a food journal, it helps to keep you mindful of what you eaten. Cardio will burn fat. (PS u cannot target fat loss, it will leave as it want from where it wants.)
