i tried something else that realy burns fat.
-run or jog 30min or at least 1mile.
-15min jumpe rope.
-100squat
-100sit ups
-100 push ups
-100 jumping jacks
-burpees starting from 5 & adding 5 more everyday..
gave me fast results..
