Id like to around noon or anytime b4 I get hungry because once i eat a regular meal I'm too lazy

0400 and 1700. Ok, 4am and 5pm. Most days.

I like to work out in the night, around 10/11pm, or later, usually before i go to bed. but i'm trying to workout earlier, i hope to start working out early in the morning around 6. but i'm SO lazy lol. how i'm even working out this well, i don't even know!

i guess i know that 4 pack won't appear by itself :)
