First off, congrats on having the motivation to take charge of your fitness. Pictures tell it all so be sure and take a before shot. Take your measurements down to use for progress and wrote everything down you eat. Log it... Log it...log it. There are apps to help. I use the Lose it app. Seriously you need to do it to achieve the results you want. Weigh in and log it and don't weigh yourself for a month.
