Just started this today let's see how it goes ... My goal is to lose 25-30 pounds wish me luck.... But anyone has any ideas good enough for me let me know ..

First off, congrats on having the motivation to take charge of your fitness.  Pictures tell it all so be sure and take a before shot.  Take your measurements down to use for progress and wrote everything down you eat.  Log it... Log it...log it.  There are apps to help.  I use the Lose it app.  Seriously you need to do it to achieve the results you want.  Weigh in and log it and don't weigh yourself for a month.  Hope this helps and all the best for your fitness journey!!
