Thank you...I've talked with her about minimizing her food proportions. As well as informing her of doing more aerobics and hiit activities to really get the ball going.
One way to get rid of fat is to increase the cardio & naturally eat less. Without knowing the shape, weight, & precise location (upper/lower back) of xtra fat its difficult to give any specific exercises to help. But in general, hitting the treadmill/elliptical will get her started on her weight loss in conjunction with good eating habits.
