Wanna loose weight & gain muscle

Hey guys i'm new here
Just started working out yesterday
I jogged at the treadmill for 10 mins and lifted some weights
Any tips on how I can loose weight and gain muscle?

Btw i'm 17 & 183 lbs... Gained some weight over summer

Drink a good amount of water, eat clean, and start using running/circuit training for burning fat. Don't forget to warmup before exercising, do cool downs, and stretching.

Start slowly...do cardio 3 days a week and lift weighta only 2...cut your carbs at night, eat more vegetables , lean meats, good fats. For me power 90 is working well but i rest 2 days instead of 1.
