hi....trying to lose 100 pounds....I lost 80 doing hcg, however gained back... So now I'm trying to go old fashion way, well sort of, I'm using raspberry ketones, etc.. but anyway healthy eating n working out... so love to meet new friends

Yeah the HGC diet is unhealthy because it can lower your metabolism and you always gain it back. But I would love to be your buddy:) I've been trying to get serious about loosing 40 or 50 lbs, but lack of motivation keeps stoping me:/

Hi sometimes I have trouble getting motivation now a day's. I was very into exercise an running an my body was good but since having two babies in 2yrs with a small gap inbetween them, also been very ill after both children I find it difficult to fit exercise into my daily routine but now I've got this app an started doing the exercises I'm really guna try. So if you'd love we could be buddies an on the days I'm motivated I can help u an when u are u can help me? X

I'm also looking for someone to motivate me. I had my 2nd baby almost 4 months ago and would love to lode more weight. I was doing good and lost 35 pound but now I'm stuck and not losing any

did a light workout today, ate really good, until now...just had light frozen whip topping with peanut butter n choco chips...guess better then cookies or cake.  however fruit or veg would have been better choice....lol

Heyy.. i too need motivation...evry now and then... :'( cz i giveup very easly..i need to lose 20kgs...:'(. I have been over weight for past 4yrs..i am 19 and currently weight 180lbs...my bad habit is temptations...i see food i cant stop myself.. :'(

Yeah I feel surrounded by the 12wbc by Michelle bridges and the 12abbbc by ashy bines.... Keen to go it alone but with a like minded group. (and not having to pay 90-200$ for the group motivation).

I'm eating clean, keeping calories down and trying to workout 5/6 times a week. (even if some days it is when I walk my some to swimming and back, 25 mins each way). 

I'm also using the 10km running app to build up to 10km. I could prob force myself and do a 10km, buyin want to build it all up and enjoy it comfortably. If you know what i mean. 

5-7 kg would be awesome and toning up mostly. Would love to be part of a group. Maybe we Could even all check in and work on a 6wk challenge? Check out MyFitnessPal if you haven't seen... It's GREAT!!!

I love myfitnesspal.  Well last two days, ive done great till I dinner time.  then I eat horribly ;(  will not quit, will do better

I dig seeing so many people like me here. I am at the end of my first week. Staying motivated is harder then it sounds. Im doing it. I find the alarm is good. If I dont do it as soon as it goes off I dont clear the notification untill I do my workout. Here is to keeping up with my dreams.
