Hi sometimes I have trouble getting motivation now a day's. I was very into exercise an running an my body was good but since having two babies in 2yrs with a small gap inbetween them, also been very ill after both children I find it difficult to fit exercise into my daily routine but now I've got this app an started doing the exercises I'm really guna try. So if you'd love we could be buddies an on the days I'm motivated I can help u an when u are u can help me? X

did a light workout today, ate really good, until now...just had light frozen whip topping with peanut butter n choco chips...guess better then cookies or cake. however fruit or veg would have been better choice....lol
