I need help getting more motivated and drinking water! Also what are the best workouts to do if you wanna burn belly, leg, and arm fat?

SQUATS! Any variation, with weights!

U can't target fat loss. However muscle mass will help u to lose fat faster. So I'd recommend body weight exercises and cardio.

Would u like to be workout buddies? We seem to have similar goals. Lose the fat and better our life styles.

get a large water bottle and mark it 2inch intervals and label them 8:00 9:00, 10:00 and so on so that u can either take a quick gulp or tiny sips through out the hour this way you are drink alot of water but a little at a time so not so bleah.

I agree with jill - I have marked water bottles. also, set alarms on your phone for every two hours. . . then drink 8+ ounces with each notification
