Hey I'm new to this working out business been heavy all my life. I have 2 daughters at the ages of 2yrs and 5months old and I wanna get into shape lose weight and tone some muscle. I have a very supporting man in my life as well as family but I'm very worried of what others think and say of me very low self esteem due to my weight

Hey girl dont worry about what others think or say about u.dont ever let your self esteem go low. If your man loves u and your kids also. that should only matter.let the other people talk all they want. If u really want 2 loose weight do it 4 u, your man, kids.forget all the sh............ of all them people.we r strong mothers

Hello I am also new to this workout thing. I am to big for my height. I have a nice shape beside my stomach. I.think I need to lose at less 3-4 inches off my stomach. Any suggestions that will help me get started?
