I got a few workout related doubts I want clarified
First of all,will working my obliques make my waist smaller?
Does Pilates help weight loss?
Is doing 100 squats everyday good for your glutes?
And what can I add to my workout if its a 30 minute long cardio session to switch it up a bit?
