I really need some cardio workouts I can do at home in my tinyy bedroom without equipment.Help? :(
No jumping jacks please
Burpees, Jumping jacks, Mountain Climbers, Jump Rope, Jumping Lunges, and Staggered Squats with punches. Do these for a minute each and repeat, it's up to you how many reps you do, depends on how long you can last as well as how long you want to workout.
