I really need some cardio workouts I can do at home in my tinyy bedroom without equipment.Help? :(
No jumping jacks please

Burpees on the minute. Pick a number you want to do every min and do it fore 20 min. I like to do 10 every min but you can do more or less if you like :)

Burpees, Jumping jacks, Mountain Climbers, Jump Rope, Jumping Lunges, and Staggered Squats with punches. Do these for a minute each and repeat, it's up to you how many reps you do, depends on how long you can last as well as how long you want to workout.

These are some of my favourite for getting your heart rate up in a small space.
