Just keep at it. It will get easier as you retrain those muscles you havent used. Remember if it was easy they would call it funout not workout

I agree with Mike. Your muscles are not use to being over exerted and they get sore. After you get over the 2/3 week hump u should be good to go. U came to the right place for support n motivation. Keep it up. If u need help just ask
Start slow not too slow but build each week doing what your body will allow. Pace yourself and be consistent
