I haven't worked out for a year, and now getting back to the routine is harder than I thought! Any suggestions?

It happends when u do after a long tym...same happend with me...:) Try sum warmups,stretching bfr the workouts.. And start with casual..once u r used to the casual and go good with those..the rest bcumz ec on its own..:) good luck..:)

Just keep at it.  It will get easier as you retrain those muscles you havent used.  Remember if it was easy they would call it funout not workout

Hi saba. I started slow with small exercise sets. The art of exercise freebie workouts are a great start.

After three months of using this app ive lost 12 lbs and my energy has improved.

I agree with Mike. Your muscles are not use to being over exerted and they get sore. After you get over the 2/3 week hump u should be good to go. U came to the right place for support n motivation. Keep it up. If u need help just ask

Thanks everyone  I guess I just need a push. My energy level is definitely not what it used to be. That's what you get for studying and partying too much

Start slow not too slow but build each week doing what your body will allow. Pace yourself and be consistent

Perfect question. It is difficult. But didnt that year just fly by?  Well think back when you could have fit a workout in their each day or each week. Don't let another year go by again

Start slow and work into it.  It takes time darliing but you will be fit and fantastic befor eyou know it
