I been gaining back the weight I'm trying to lose. So depressing. Anyone else go through this?

Yes yes i've been through this.worked out so hard gained muscles and all because i lost track now im.back stronger and more experienced.this experience only makes you sharper more aware more appreciative and more determined to stay on track :)need a work out body kik me fairy faiza :)no worries sweetie you will lose it again and get even fitter than before :)

Yes honey I been there done that..it's hard but we have to not give up and get right back on track!!! That's better than jus lettin the pounds pile on!!! We at still in the game!!

I have been doing the same but it helps to stay away from the scale for awhile and check your measurement instead. And for motivation it helps to tell someone that u talk to often u tend to workout more when people know

I kinda wish I had someone to workout with. My bubby is always too tired. Lol!!!
