Falling off track
I been gaining back the weight I'm trying to lose. So depressing. Anyone else go through this?
I'm trying so hard but my motivation just ran out...
I have been doing the same but it helps to stay away from the scale for awhile and check your measurement instead. And for motivation it helps to tell someone that u talk to often u tend to workout more when people know
I kinda wish I had someone to workout with. My bubby is always too tired. Lol!!!
