Just started using this but I'm trying to lose 10 lbs a month up to New year's. I'm 235 right now. Let's get it started!
Good luck josh. That is one of my goals as well I want to lose about 10lbs in the next 3 mths I have been able to lose 8 in 2 mths. What type of workout are u doing now?
I'm riding my bike about 10-12 miles a day around the first preserve by my house plus core in the morning and at night. Theres a lot of cool little workouts on here I'm trying out. Trying to workout 2 hours a day :)
Cool thats s I me good cardio have u tried doing interval training. Ive actually have my trainer do that and that is where I saw a big difference. Its wkout if about 1 mins hardcore then 30 sec rest and then start again for abt 30 reps each wkout.
Yea I've done those too, i used to do insanity so i understand interval training, this is like insanity in my pocket haha
