I have 15lbs that i just can't seem to shake i tend to skip workouts i need all the motivation i can get
Oh I here ya on that I have about 2 wks in not working out but I getting bk on track set two alarms so I can get myself up in the morning to make sure I get at least my 20 mins wkouts. If I missed it I take a walk at lunch. Anything u can get in will help get u started u can do it!!!! Set urself some reminders so when u know if there some time for some movement u can do it.
