Brand New to this, and I need help
Hello, all! I am brand new to this working out stuff. I had always been small and never really had to do much to stay that way. I have four daughters, my yougest is three, and all I know is things are not the same. I'm totally out of shape and I can't get my muffin top to go away. Can anyone tell me where to start? My main focus is my stomach, but where do I begin? HELP ME!!!
