Brand New to this, and I need help

Hello, all! I am brand new to this working out stuff. I had always been small and never really had to do much to stay that way. I have four daughters, my yougest is three, and all I know is things are not the same. I'm totally out of shape and I can't get my muffin top to go away. Can anyone tell me where to start? My main focus is my stomach, but where do I begin? HELP ME!!!

well first of all what kinds of foods are you eating and are you exercising that something you can do with your daughters. try buying plenty of fruits and vegetables try and eat less processed food and eating out and fastfoods.
