Hello..I am new here aswell and I feel we are in the same position...
I tryed a running workout today and it really didnt do anything. I will see how I feel in the morning. If I dont feel anything I will try another workout.
Its about being motivated and consistent. When i started running..i didnt really feel motivated but i had to make a decision to be consistent and push myself. Its hard but when u think about ur health and how important is, that can be a good motivator.
