And i would say if u r started to workout after a long time..then u better start with causual workouts...so ones ur body is losenup..and k with it u can go for modrate and then intense..but if ur redy for the harder then gr8...:)  and the app is gr8..u can choose ur own workout in specific area of ur body with how much time...:)) GOOD LUCK...:))

You should start with casual workouts , and then as you get more comfortable , move up to moderate workouts , until finally you can be ready for an intense workout !
