Hi Im new to The whole working out thing. Ive been really enjoying it and seeing results. Does anyone have any Tips on building Muscle?

Follow for a follow! And clean eating and exercise is all it takes. A clean diet of protien and fiber. Keep your self hydrated and u will transfrom ya body, but if u wanna build muscle mass im not sure.

Double shot of protein prior to workout and follow up with recovery protein shot after keep that up with 6 workouts a week and you'll be seeing results quick. Also try the marine basic training Workout, guarantee you'll get jacked. Also prior to your workout get some NOS pump (nitric oxide simulator) this will engorge your muscles with blood and help your workout. Follow me and I follow back

Im just bout 15 eh.. Idk what nitric oxide simulator is.. but ohkay so protean is amazing for muscles?
