I ALWAYS HAVE TROUBLE LOSING MY STOMACH. I WORKOUT IN GET VERY SORE, I NEVER SEE THE PROGRESS BUT OTHER'S DO. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO TO LOSE MY STOMACH? I would like to lose my stomach before February. Help! I tried diets, Which kind of work. I don't really have a appetite so that part of losing weight is great. I just need to know what can I do to lose the rest of my stomach. I need to lose 3-4 inches off my waist if not more.

What exactly do you mean by hit workouts? I walk to and from both jobs. I don't walk very speedy fast doe. I have a set time to jog every night anĀ  morning.

I find that the key is to drink lots of water, cut out after dinner snacks, and indirect core exercises; e.g. Not crunches, but yoga exercises which involve the whole body and focus on stretching and lengthening. I'm a dancer so I'd recommend trying out something like belly dancing, too! It's super fun and engages the torso
