Different variations of Squats &lunges-with or withouts(i prefer with weights),walking /running hills,jumprope,pilates focusing on legs. Clean eating:-)

How many squats and lunges a day would you say ??

depends! With weights-10lbs,20-30reps 3 times. if u are doing heavier weights like 20+ or more lbs drop the reps to 10-12 3 sets:-) no weights keep goin till it burns. I cant speak for every one but doing my regimen works!!(:

Running (hills and/or stairs) and using heavy weights when you do do your leg exercises (squats, etc.). Also, jumping squats and lunges may be worth a try
