I'm looking at toning up and reducing some fat on my thighs so they are leaner. I'm relatively fit and active with 3 young kids and I play squash but would love some other like minded people to help with motivation.
I am probably 5 kgs higher than I really want to be and I'm sure some dedicated toning and calorie counting might just be the ticket. (it's hard to find the right people to help keep you motivated with your real life friends when they all think you look fine. )
I have to say I have never calorie counted ever, and I am a week and two days in. I have found it really handy and will do
My second weigh tomorrow. So I'm hoping I will be happy!
