hi...im in the progress of loosing weight and building mussels, anyone has any advise or stories to share?? I did really good this summer loosing weight but then life got busy and I really love bread=/and I gained a bit back..anyways back on track now and wanting to sweat bad..cry fat cryㅋㅋㅋ

Calorie deficit of 500 in a day and exercise more. There's no magic involved. Eat less and workout more = weight loss. I would be concerned more about body composition though. Good luck.
