Hey guys!! I discovered this app maybe 2months ago,and i loved it from the first moment i used it
The people on here are great and all very sweet
But sindce my school started i hardly have time,sindce short i also go to the fitness
So by now i do actully move enough and i'm not bored in my free time anymore
I hope the people who follow me do not unfollow me :) becouse i still dó come online,just not much.
And i will still do workouts in the future (like in the holidays,and maybe wednesdays,..)

Okayyyy i guess that was it, i just wanted you to know (the people who follow me or the people who wondered)

My goal is strenght
I workout without taking protein so it's a little bit long
I'm 1m98 for 97 kg and i would like to be 105 kg
With my tall it would be just good
And you what's your goal?
