Abb exercises?

So I am Creating a new abb regimen, does anyone know the most effective abb exercises I can include in my work outs?? Follow me on IG @ ocrunner for future exercise and nutrition tips.. Thanks everyone.

I've read that traditional situps and crunches are more likely to cause injury, also things like hanging from a bar and doing leg/knee raises.

Good:
All the different Planks, bicycle crunches, leg lifts (laying down) Russian twists...

Stabilizing a weight in hands raised above your head.

Working the opposing muscles in the back adds a balance of tension to improve your posture. stabilizing muscles need the strength of the opposing group.  Supermans, that one exercise where it's kind of like a reverse situp (usu. needs equipment)... Rear leg lifts...
