Mi goal is to lose 30 more lbs, gain.more muscle on my body and finally losing my belly. My favorite workouts are mainly the ones for the cardio and my.upper body strengths

I want to gain 5 more kilos. I'm doing 500 push-ups, 500-sit-ups and 50 pull-ups every day. I gained 5 kilos the last 3 weeks
