Hi everyone. I need advice on how to size up my butt. I got a bony ass by default and it does not look good. My upper body is well proportioned. I would like to know if there are any exercises that would add some good amount of mass to my butt.
There are 3 things that will help alot. Squats, deadlifts and lunges. And some more of the (semi) compounds for the leggs and but-hamgstring aka posterior chain.
