Holidays and Weight Loss?

The festive season is here where I live.Which means family dinners and eating out.And being out almost all day,making me too tired to stick to my workout routine.How do I keep losing weight or at least not put on weight over the holidays?I dont want to miss out on enjoying the holidays tho

I understand your situation as the holidays approach, I too get excited for all the food I get to eat. I'm no expert but even a quick run or 30 min walk helps when you're short on time. As for work outs, the easiest to do are yoga and cardio (my opinion), even if you only have 10 mins. Hope I've helped, good luck.
