I just redownloaded this app, I deleted it one year ago, but I've always wanted to lose weight. So, I wanted to start a workout club, and we could all motivate each other and suggest workout tips, diet food, workouts, ect. If you wish to be part of this club, simply post. Please join this club!!!

I think this is a great idea I'm gonna be starting my first work out in the morning so it will be great to see tips from others!

id love to join. i just added this app a few days ago. im trying to loose weigh and get toned. need serious motivation though. so if anyone has any tips let me know! :]

Like the idea! I can get myself to workout, but eating right is tough for me.

I love the idea! I'm just working on improving fitness and toning up. I have problems eating healthy as well.

I personally love the A team. It's a good mix of cardio and strength, that doesn't require any equipment.

I woke up kinda late today and couldn't do a proper work out and choose to do a 2 minute plank out was a good sub and very challenging for me

Nice idea. I did a couple of workout today mainly focused on cardio and losing weight and later im planing to train my upper body. Everybody have a nice and healthy day.

I like the idea. I've done three workouts today. I will also say due to me being at home e with my daughter i do short burst workouts. I'm trying to lose weight along with toning from the tummy down.

Ive been so lazy this week. Going to bed soon but I'm determined ro burn 2000 kcal minimum (3000 preferably) once I wake up.

2 in the arvo and I'm only at 620 kcal after, hiking, walking and cycling. 1380 kcal to go.
