Like the idea! I can get myself to workout, but eating right is tough for me.
I love the idea! I'm just working on improving fitness and toning up. I have problems eating healthy as well.
I woke up kinda late today and couldn't do a proper work out and choose to do a 2 minute plank out was a good sub and very challenging for me
Right now I am at my cousins first birthday party so I don't know If I can get time to do a major workout.
Walking, tennis drills and a burpee challenge workout so far today. I love weekends!
Nice idea. I did a couple of workout today mainly focused on cardio and losing weight and later im planing to train my upper body. Everybody have a nice and healthy day.

Since i dont work today I'm gonna focus on doing some HIIT workout and after some weightlifting.
Ive been so lazy this week. Going to bed soon but I'm determined ro burn 2000 kcal minimum (3000 preferably) once I wake up.
Only at 1400 kcal and I'm about to go to bed =S
