I'm interested. I have the exact same goals, hut I always fail to workout after a day or two... Hoping a workout buddy will help me focus☺

Hi! I also fail to keep up with workouts after two or three days. So for fat loss I think ee should start with cardio,right?

I'm interested, but I've got different goals. I want to gain muscle mass, because I think I'm much too skinny and gaining fat didn't work.
