Finally getting the motivation to workout again after taking a 10 month break due to shoulder injury. Wish me luck. Any tips would be amazing.

Good luck! Hope your shoulder is better.

Be sure to take it easy in the beginning. Don't want to have a set back. Then work up to heavier weights and arm/shoulder workout.
