I have work an school so usually I work out in the eveninig. I actually prefer to work out in the morning. You have that cool morning mist an energetic after sleeping. I also feel more energized thought the day. But what do you guys think? I herd people say they like working out about 12 am that's crazy but any reason for this?
I work out right after i wake up. I give my daughter breakfast then i start. She actually won't eat instead she works out with me or knocks me over or just laughs at me.
