No problem .Whats ur height n weight? Whats ur diet like? So ur looking to gain muscle? U need to intake plenty of protein n water. Its not gonna happen over night so u need to b commited. I'll b here for u

The best part about this app is the wide variety of workouts. I love the HIIT high intensity interval training and tabata. Its great cardio n weight training with ur body weight. I recomend

Hey dude m 6'2" tall n my current body weight is 105 kgs .........wid heavy bone structure...... Just not liking my ponch these days........ Have been into body building 10 years back ........the only remainslleft is accumulated fat on my chest, that looks like male boobs at times n its realy frustrating as well .........but anyways i have amazingly naturally proportionate body building......... Plz help wid expert advice so that i can change my life!
