So I have been crazily obsessed with what the scale said and wldnt eat if the I didn't like what it said!!! But with all the kind comments and support from my skimble family... I knew I had 2 give it up 2 keep my sanity... So I ditched it yesterday and ate three small meals with two little snacks inbetween and didn't feel starved and still did no less than 3 wrkouts for the day... And honestly I feel so good I dnt feel I ruined my diet and i feel satisfied...one day at a time and its starting off great Thanks skimble family :-)

I hate scales . You could weight more but look much better  because  muscles are  heavier  than fat . I ditched my scale about 2 years ago and  I'm glad you did the same too If you need motivation or help just ask :)

Wow what a testimonial..congrats to your liberating urself. True story I weighed 190 lbs in August - July and to this day still weigh the same. But my waist shrank down 4" since then. Turning or replacing fat.w/ muscle! Arms are getting more vascular, and I can hardly feel any love handles...lol hahaha..great 4 you

I hear you!!! I tried to come to terms with that to... My dr kept telling me that muscle weighs more than fat and I so just didn't want to believe him lol...thought he was trying to be nice but I get it now lol :-)

That is awesome Tammy!!! The scale does nothing but bring you discouragement and make you upset! I'm so proud of you for doing that that's a huge step forward and you will be so much happier without it! Phenomenal job Tammy!! Keep it up you're doing great!

I understand as well about the scale. I started off at 223.5 lbs in august, as of this month im down to 213.5 lbs. My waist and stomach is getting smaller but the scale doesnt reflect that. Im waiting until i get down to 200 before i ditch the scale. I accepted the challenge to lose 5lbs in month so i still need to weigh in for the challenge /:-)

the weight scale is just like life what you put into it is what exactly you get out.The scale is scary at times but when you know what works and what doesn't you'll feel better knowing you what you know now. So think twice how valuable it is to you before ditching it forever
