I hate scales . You could weight more but look much better because muscles are heavier than fat . I ditched my scale about 2 years ago and I'm glad you did the same too If you need motivation or help just ask :)

I understand as well about the scale. I started off at 223.5 lbs in august, as of this month im down to 213.5 lbs. My waist and stomach is getting smaller but the scale doesnt reflect that. Im waiting until i get down to 200 before i ditch the scale. I accepted the challenge to lose 5lbs in month so i still need to weigh in for the challenge /:-)
My goal is to reach 165 lbs with strong arms, legs, and a six pack.
