College fitness Help!

So I'm a first year in college and I need some help with my diet. There is a wide variety of food (especially unhealthy ) on my campus and I need some help decifering which foods to eat to stay on track with being fit. I've been doing good with proteins and some veggies/carbs, but i want to know what is the best and what variety I can have. Also what Is good to eat before and after you workout ? I open to anything! Thanks :)

Before & after a workout you should eat some fruit. After a workout you should also drink a protein shake

It's easier to take your own lunch because then you know for sure that you're eating healthy and don't have to worry about getting off track

Protein,protein and protein..with water n banana which are high in potassium:)

Thank you! I will def keep up my protein then(: I just have to be weary with my potassium because too much is bad for my kidneys lol

Before workout drink something high in B12 and carbs after workout bcaa ironically a rich high protein!  Use common sense,  if you think a food is unhealthy chances are it is!  Whenever you ever eat,  use the 30/30/40 rule!  Carbs, healthy fats and protein respectively!  Go hard everytime. peeaaace
