new on this app. Any suggestions in how often to do the workouts on here? Tips on toning the torso?

Welcome..look for cardios,upper body..and dnt forget core,and butt..5-6 times a week....stay strong n results will soon be seen,again welcome:)

Welcome to the club . If u want to tone ur core try planking. Go to the workout section n type in core r planks r love handles n u will get tons of workouts to help with ur midsection. Remember,dont neglect cardio. Good luck
