60 days workout and I'm already in shape..
Its been 60 days today.. I lost almost all the unhealthy fat in my body.. My abs have started showing.. Feel much better now.. Now all i need to do is keep on doing the samething until I reach my goal.. Which is to stay fit forever .. what's good for to maintain a lean body.. I mean what all should I eat?
Just eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, and lean meats. Congratulations :)
I keep one muscle a day.. And alternative days I do abs.. And once i finish my workout I do 10 minutes of cardio then abs...
Monday : chest
Tuesday : biceps
Wednesday : triceps
Thursday : shoulders
Friday : back
Saturday : legs
Sunday : free workout no weights
I don't eat much of carbs I keep it as low as possible just for energy I eat carbs..
I'm mostly on boiled food vegetables, chicken breast, Brockley, oats, egg whites and my protein shake
