Getting toned easiest..

I mainly hate my tummy and legs. What's your best advice? Also want to gain some upper body strength...

Do squats for legs and butt, pushups for upper body, and various crunches for tummy toning

Honestly, if it comes easy its not work it. Hard workouts pay off the most, so workout hard not easy, challenge your body if you want it to get better!
