Mine is not too much of a succes story yet lol but i did 6 weeks of dieting & exercise and i lost 20 pounds. That's actually the most i have lost in my life.. Im stay at home mom.of 2 boys 3yr old & 6 month. Im 310 pounds now. & i have realized what has make me unhappy & depressed of course my weight. Im so glad i have found this app.
