Better before or after

I always eat after, I feel really sick during my workout if I eat before.

Yeh I always eat after as well for the same reason

It blows not being able to eat before, cause I usually feel like I'm about to starve halfway through my workout then I want to quit and go eat.

Before your workout, its best to eat something small and nutritional. Just to give you energy and let you feel not hungry. Then wait 30 minutes. Then workout hard, then its best to eat a lot of protein within 15 to 30 minutes after your workout. That's the timeframe your muscles start to get hungry and start to heal so when they start doing that, they need lots of vitamins and protein so they get bigger and heal properly and tone up.

Always eat within 45 of finishing training. I before workout have some Yerba mate and a half a banana

It depends on how you feel really...

As far as weight loss goes, calories in, calories burned, don't really matter when you eat em, as far as I know.

I think to have the energy to workout as hard as you may want, you should eat.

To replenish and build muscle you gotta eat protein within 2hrs after. A recent study showed that you will process up to 20 grams of protein after a workout, the rest is burned as fuel.

I like eating after. After exercising I'm not so hungry and don't eat so much. 

Of course there'stimes I need energy and then I eat before exercising :)
