Injury let down

I am in a boot with a level 2 sprained ankle. Any suggestions of how to stay in shape? :)

All I would suggest is do bodyweight exercises and keep off lower extremities, I know your motivation is wanting to keep working out no matter how bad it hurts but let injury heal,and take it easy..maybe water exercises rather then stressing ur injury.hope this helped!:-)
