Yea is there like a motivational page somewhere id like to be inspired also also what helps me to get going is to force yourself to do one full session at least and have a daily routine and bed time set these will all help :) also you can take your stressess of daily life out when you work out! Get angry but not overboard goodluck
Get up! Get at it! You can do it! I went to the gym yesterday(10/18) morning then worked 14 hrs. Got up this morning done some jumping jacks, pushups. Lunges, every little helps.
Lol its easy to ignore this app. I need someone to keep bugging me. . Lol yes I'm just that lazy ;P
I'm not terribly motivated, I started with 7 or 15 minute workouts once every few days.
the easiest part was tracking with myfitnesspal... It got me motivated to try to fit more calorie burning in so I could eat more. The idea of being able to eat more foods and still come out even on my tracking did more for directly motivating me than all my fantasies about how sexy my sexy bod was gonna be or knowing that I would feel better.
Now I do a few small workouts per day. I joined a yoga class which is more intense than I expected. That helps a lot cuz I would never push myself to workout that hard for an hour by myself.
Its all momentum that builds up and now I find myself doing more and more but I didn't stress about it too much when i started.

I remember at school what kept me fit was the competition. .I loved out doing everyone on everything. But I guess like what they say "if your too Lazy, you don't want it bad enough"
