I would like to get at least 500 points by Christmas... Got like 363 now so I`m over hafe way there!!! Maybe I can get close to 600!!!

Add more workouts every week & start running instead of just walking.  And finally give up soda! :-( those cokes & dr. peppers are my weakness!!! More H2O instead!!!:-)
