hye nur..where u from... malaysia??..im 96 kg s ... gaining weight due to depression from 80kg s ... try to lose weight... everyday i ll run about 35mins..... and also doing this workout(fat burner deluxe)... aiming for 10kgs of weight lose in a month... that s impossible buy will try...

Actually I still think running is the best workout haha Oh and healthy eating too. Not so much dieting but eat moderately.
