Making a diet plan u can live with is important,enough sleep and exercise plan that's fun working out or playing sports with a friend makes it easier to stay with it
I recommend a calorie tracker like myfitnesspal or noom.
it motivates you to eat healthier cuz you find out if you fill up your calories with junk you are left hungry and w no energy
It also motivates you to work out even in small pieces (sometimes i jump rope for 1 minute just to get a few cals burned) its nice to see those cals burn off so u can balance your day (or eat more yeah)
Eat whole real foods and find a few workouts on here you can fit in. I stick with 7 to 15 minute workouts sometimes a few times per day (but u can find whatever fits u)... plus other stuff I do (walking, jumprope...) And I've been seeing results.
