I'm a mother of a 2 year old & figure I can't use the "baby fat" excuse anymore so I'm here to lose it! I'm on day 2 of working out, haven't done anything super intense but I'm sore so I figure it's working lol. Any recipe or workout advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks ahead of time!
